Nano fine particle super hard alloy FS06 - Achieving a balance between hardness and resistance to breaking.

As a material for precision cutting tools, it boasts overwhelming sharpness through grinding finishing processes and contributes to extending the lifespan of edge wear due to its high hardness.

◆ With the miniaturization and lightweighting of products, metal materials and high-performance films are becoming thinner, and high-strength materials are increasing. Consequently, tools and cutting tools used to process these materials inevitably require high wear resistance and excellent edge retention. \ Features of FS06 / ◆ High Hardness With a hardness of 95.0 HRA and a bending strength of 4000 MPa, both of which are at a very high level, it contributes to the long lifespan of cutting tools. ◆ Excellent Edge Retention Due to the nano-sized WC alloy, excellent sharp edges can be achieved on the tool cutting edge through grinding and finishing processes of #1000 or higher. Nano fine particle super hard alloy Fujiroy FS06

Bending strength × Edge retention × Wear resistance

\ Features of FS06 / ◆ Excellent Wear Resistance With a hardness of 95.0HRA, the wear at the cutting edge is suppressed compared to conventional ultra-fine carbide, leading to an expected longer lifespan. ◆ Reduced Burrs and Edge Chipping Due to its excellent wear resistance even after prolonged use, the tool shape is maintained for a long time, allowing for a reduction in burrs and edge chipping, making it suitable for precision molding tools. ◆ High Strength As the bonding phase is reduced to increase hardness in carbide, the fracture resistance typically decreases. However, FS06 maintains a fracture resistance of 4000MPa, covering strength levels comparable to conventional ultra-fine carbide despite its very high hardness. ◆ Excellent Edge Sharpness Due to the nano-sized WC alloy, a superior sharp edge can be achieved on the tool cutting edge through grinding and finishing processes of #1000 or higher.
